Mobile product engineering
From Figma to the App Store and Google Play — native or cross-platform. The boring parts done properly: auth, payments, push, analytics, release pipeline.
CBN is a small, senior technology studio in Hong Kong, working across borders. We design, build and operate mobile apps, interactive web and AI features — from the first sketch to the version that finally lands.
Ideas are not scarce. Shipping is — and so is staying after the launch numbers come in.
You don't need to arrive with a ticket backlog. Bring the goal and the deadline — we'll turn it into something shippable.
From Figma to the App Store and Google Play — native or cross-platform. The boring parts done properly: auth, payments, push, analytics, release pipeline.
Landing pages, campaign microsites and content H5 that open on a 3G phone in Jakarta and still look sharp on a desktop in Berlin.
Generation, ranking, moderation, retrieval. The hard part isn't the API call — it's surviving real user input and not wrecking your unit economics.
Store review, IAP, regional payments, attribution, weekly reporting. Launch is the easy part — this is where products actually live or die.
We look at the numbers, the competitors, and whether the ask is the real problem. This phase usually kills half the scope. That's the point.
1–2 weeksTwo-week design sprints that end in a clickable prototype — not a slide deck arguing about where the button goes.
2–4 weeksWeekly demos, a release candidate every two weeks. You always know where things stand — there is no fourth week of "almost done".
6–12 weeksMonthly iteration and reporting after launch. Retention, revenue, crash rate — we read the same dashboard you do.
OngoingBuilt in-house or with clients. Some names withheld under agreement.
A vertical short-drama product across three markets — credit-based paywall, regional pricing, episode scheduling and attribution wired in. A new series goes live in ten minutes.
A serialized fiction platform with its own reader, chapter-level unlocking and an editorial back office. Readers move from one chapter to the next without a reload.
Script to storyboard in one pass — shot breakdown, character consistency and batch rendering, with moderation and a per-project cost cap before anything ships.
The team is small, so these are constraints, not slogans.
No account manager relaying messages. The person who scoped it is the person who builds it — you won't explain the same thing three times.
Design, build, launch and operate aren't sold separately. Handing a product off at launch is one of the most common ways products die.
Every Friday: what shipped, what's stuck, what's next. No exceptions, including the bad weeks.
Store review, IAP, privacy policy, data handling and a Hong Kong contracting entity — handled as engineering, not as an afterthought.
Hong Kong Cross-Border Network Technology Co., Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2026. Our team covers product, design and engineering, working with clients on consumer apps, content platforms and AI tools.
We work in English and Chinese, and most of our clients never visit the office — so progress is written down, demos are recorded, decisions are on file.
No long briefs needed. One paragraph on the product, the users and the deadline is enough — we'll take it from there. We reply within one business day.
